Merging Classes in Pagoda
If you have a class that you spent a great deal of time creating last year in Pagoda, and you would like to roll that content forward to this year to use with a new group of students, then this is the video for you! This should walk you through each step necessary to use that old class again, while making sure that your new students are correctly placed in the roster.

Welcome to Pagoda
Pagoda (formally Haiku) is the the new name that we are proposing for our virtual learning environment. The VLE has not changed.
- All new teachers have had accounts created for them in Pagoda.
- Log into: apps.seoulforeign.org using your school username and password.
- Select Haiku icon and you will be automatically logged in.
- Some new teachers had Haiku accounts with a seoulforeign.com account. These now have been merged with a new seoulforeign.org account.
- All new teachers have been enrolled in an Introduction to Pagoda course that will talk you through the requirements for your class pages.
- If you have questions, ask your mentor or contact the Digital Learning Coaches

Are we weakening our capacity for deep processing?
Are we weakening our capacity for deep processing? (Core-Ed.org)
With the amount of data we can access increasing and coming at us at an ever increasing speed it seems that we are increasingly consuming in bite size chunks. The apps and sites we use are breaking up the data to aid speed of consumption.
But is this trend having an affect on our ability for deep processing? The blog post by Jedd Bartlett examines this issue.
